LEGAL ADVICE IN INDIVIDUAL CASES
In our experience, a variety of data protection issues are resolved within the company without resorting to legal advice in accordance with legal requirements (training of employees by relevant training companies, support from the economic chamber or professional associations etc).
However, individual questions require a specific legal solution. We are particularly helpful in the preparation of privacy statements, the drafting of information letters, the formulation of consent and the resolution of other individual legal issues (examination of the admissibility of image recordings, evaluation of the admissibility of data transfers to third countries, advice on data protection impact assessments, examination of legal bases for processing assumed by the company, data processing in the context of employment).
